My experience at Lexington Health was excellent. I came in for treatment for Tennis Elbow in both arms. Carlo was fantastic to work with. He clearly communicated the situation to me and created a treatment plan, which saw me improve much faster than I ever expected. I would happily recommend Carlo and Lexington Health to anyone.

My wife and I have been clients of Lexington Health for some time focusing on physiotherapy aimed at improving out mobility and stability and also assisting in recovery from major spinal surgery and hip replacement. We have been very pleased with the results and have enjoyed the journey with dedicated and professional staff operating in an extremely well appointed and equipped facility where you can actually park nearby! All staff are pleasant, approachable and helpful and during our appointments the focus is totally on us, our performance and improvement, and what we can do at home in between appointments. I have no hesitation in recommending Lexington Health for allied health support.

I highly recommend Carlos from Lexington Health. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous in his approach. His guidance and attention to detail played a significant role in my recovery from a rotator cuff tear.Carlos took the time to explain each stage of my rehabilitation, ensured I was performing the exercises correctly, and tailored the program to my progress. Thanks to his expertise and support, I regained my strength and mobility with confidence. I'm very grateful for his care and would happily recommend him to anyone seeking physiotherapy or rehabilitation.

I have found Ben Black and Lexington Health to be an excellent practitioner and business. I especially like the fact that the treatment regime is provided electronically so you have a full description of the exercises specifically tailored for you.and how to do them as well as a means of recording what you have completed and if you experienced any pain or discomfort while doing them. Ben has an excellent friendly and professional manner, is extremely knowledgeable and very practical and hands on. I find the treatment very effective and would highly recommend Ben and his practice.

All the staff at Lexington Physio is amazing. I have had Nav for a previous quad injury and he was able to get me back to playing within a couple weeks. I am currently in rehab for a ACL reconstruction with Ben. A few weeks post operation Ben already had me walking and feeling comfortable with the strength of my knee. I highly recommend Ben and the team
