Exercise Physiology services focus on the improvement of physical capabilities
What is
Exercise Physiology?
Physiotherapy is vital for the initial, acute phase of rehabilitation. Its focus is to reduce symptoms and increase stability around an injured area to allow patients to return to daily living.
The next phase of rehabilitation is to increase functional strength and capacity whilst reducing the risk of reinjury. To do this, our patients are encouraged to seek the advice of Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs).
