I have found Ben Black and Lexington Health to be an excellent practitioner and business. I especially like the fact that the treatment regime is provided electronically so you have a full description of the exercises specifically tailored for you.and how to do them as well as a means of recording what you have completed and if you experienced any pain or discomfort while doing them. All the staff at Lexington Physio is amazing. I have had Nav for a previous quad injury and he was able to get me back to playing within a couple weeks. I came here for physical therapy for my lower back pain, and my therapist is Carlo. He is very professional. I’ve been seeing Carlo at Lexington Health since September last year for a hip injury suffered from running. I had an ankle injury, i decided to go to Lexington physio and saw Nav. He is such a good physio and he really is invested in his patients throughout the whole journey. He commits to your recovery and pushes you to keep going, which i find really helpful throughout my injury because sometimes you need that little bit of push. He has consistently worked with me throughout my recovery ensuring my ankle turns out better than it was before my injury. He is also really good at helping you become more confident and stronger, ive never felt more stronger and i feel more than ready to go back into playing sports. Overall, both Nav and the Physio centre are excellent, and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a physio.

Carlo has been amazing throught out my rehab. Heel was severely comminuted by a bad fall from a ladder. He thoroughly diagnoses the problem and gave me a good rehab program that got me back to running much earlier than i had expected. You can clearly observe how he loves his job and sincere in getting you better. In comparison to my experience with other physios in AU and NZ, he is the best. Others just do their job routinely.

I would like to recommend Carlo Villadiego from Lexington Health for anyone seeking physiotherapy for recovery from injuries due to broken bones etc. Carlo expertly assisted me with a program of exercises for my upper right arm & shoulder after an accident resulted in multiple fractures & the insertion of a metal rod by a surgeon. I was unable to do many simple tasks, using my right arm but consulting with Carlo I'm now able to function in my everyday life again with full use of my arm.

Carlo is great. I'd had a problem with my elbow for a couple of months. Finally went to Lexington and booked with Carlo due to other online reviews. It was a long slow process to recover from tennis elbow, caused by gardening and golf. It was advised it would take somewhere from 3 to 9 months and was sorted out in roughly 6 months. I dutifully followed the instructions and exercises provided and I am now better. Still need to continue with ongoing maintenance and this is much better than not having any strength in my right arm. I highly recommend Carlo and Lexington Health. This is now my go to physio.

I honestly can’t recommend Lexington Health enough. Both of my girls have seen Amy and after trying a few other places in the past, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. She’s caring, thorough, and someone we completely trust.
Despite having very low muscle strength, I was encouraged to perform exercises that were far too intense for my condition. I followed the instructions seriously at home every day, and during a session in early May with Mr. Ben, I was guided through exercises that were simply too much for my knees. About a week later, I developed severe pain in both knees and had to visit the emergency department. This resulted in a serious flare-up of my osteoarthritis, requiring a month of anti-inflammatory medication and significant discomfort.This experience has had a major negative impact on my daily life. I strongly urge the team to assess patients’ physical limitations more carefully, especially when muscle strength is low. A one-size-fits-all approach to physiotherapy can cause real harm.I hope no one else has to go through what I did.
