They provide effective, long-term solutions to injuries. I saw Carlo for chronic ankle pain (ligaments and tendons) and Amy for elbow tendonitis and knee pain due to years of sports. The exercises provided have helped me make full recoveries. You will get even stronger than your baseline prior to injury. This clinic will work alongside you and your needs and are very receptive to feedback. They are great at explaining the science and rationale behind the exercises too. Would highly recommend!

I have changed review and rate them 1 star because of the front service desk not helpful with young people. If a young person doesn't have the knowledge of how Medicare rebated works or he needs a letter from thier GP. She will not inform them.I am still keep this comment: Carlo is professional, caring and informative. He listened carefully and diagnosed my problem then gave treatment. Treatment made a huge difference to my recovery. I would really recommend his service.
Second time attending Lexington Health for separate issues/injuries, and I could not recommend them more!Amy is knowledgeable and attentive. She quickly identified the problem and created a safe exercise plan that has helped the injury heal and has nearly eliminated all pain.Would definitely return in the future (though hope I don’t need to!).
I hurt my lower back playing basketball and was concerned about my long term goal to continue playing, but Lexington helped me rehab and strengthen, and gave me a pre-game warm which has me playing better than ever.. Wish I'd found them sooner!

From the first second when I see the receptionist (Dominic) until I finish the physio session has been fantastic. It has been a very positive progress to my weak ankles and heels. They are now much much stronger and stable. Amy Camilerri has designed a very good exercise for both ankles. She progressively monitor my ankles and increase the strength of the exercise. It’s been a year since I went to see Carlos with back pain (finally able to leave a google review). Everyone there was fantastic and helpful and I’m still using the exercises and techniques Carlos showed me to alleviate and strengthen the back.

Have had Carlo look at a couple of separate sports injuries I had over the past year. He has been great. On both occasions I have recovered to 100% strength and function after the rehab plan he recommended. The process was great, first the initial consult where he's actively listening and trying to find more context around the pain/movement, then aims to validate it with the expertise and experience (lots of different exercises tailored and often without the need for expensive equipment at home). Will always go back to seek Carlo's help on injury rehab as well also help me understand the body in general for a sustainable active lifestyle. Keep up the good work, Carlo!

Best Physio practice that I have ever been to! I live in the NT and dropped in to see Amy when I was in Sydney for a holiday for a pretty debilitating back injury, I continued to see Amy via video chat when I returned home and I’m now fully recovered and back to lifting heavy weights in the gym! I can’t recommend Amy and the other physio’s in this practice enough, 10/10!!

Initially meeting them when I started doing personal training with their colleague in their studio and then as a patient after a sudden injury. They have all been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, effective in helping me to address my specific needs. (For me this meant being able to avoid surgery and improve my strength even even better levels than pre injury). I have since returned after another injury and had the same genuine and caring support to regain my physical mobility and confidence. Excellent service and great advice given when my daughter broke her foot and the doctor insisted on a cast. They suggested we go with a second opinion and even told us they would arrange an appointment with an orthopaedic surgeon and that a boot would work better. We ended up with a boot and she’s doing great 👍🏻A huge thanks to them
