I would like to recommend Carlo Villadiego from Lexington Health for anyone seeking physiotherapy for recovery from injuries due to broken bones etc. Carlo expertly assisted me with a program of exercises for my upper right arm & shoulder after an accident resulted in multiple fractures & the insertion of a metal rod by a surgeon. I was unable to do many simple tasks, using my right arm but consulting with Carlo I'm now able to function in my everyday life again with full use of my arm.
I had physiotherapy sessions with Carlo after my foot surgery, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his help. Over just eight sessions, he guided me through a full recovery with great professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Carlo was always attentive, supportive, and keen to help me improve each week. Carlo is great. I'd had a problem with my elbow for a couple of months. Finally went to Lexington and booked with Carlo due to other online reviews. It was a long slow process to recover from tennis elbow, caused by gardening and golf. It was advised it would take somewhere from 3 to 9 months and was sorted out in roughly 6 months. I dutifully followed the instructions and exercises provided and I am now better. Still need to continue with ongoing maintenance and this is much better than not having any strength in my right arm. I highly recommend Carlo and Lexington Health. This is now my go to physio.

A big thank you to Brendan for preparing me for my first Hyrox. He’s approachable, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Brendan was able to explain which movements target each particular muscle and demonstrate exercises to target and strengthen my legs, and thanks to him I was able to achieve a great result at my first Hyrox event.

Navraj was super helpful getting me back to the field as soon as possible from a hip flexor injury. i was meant to be out for 6-8 weeks and Navraj got me be back playing within 3 weeks. he genuinely cares about his patients and it shows through his work

I honestly can’t recommend Lexington Health enough. Both of my girls have seen Amy and after trying a few other places in the past, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. She’s caring, thorough, and someone we completely trust.
Despite having very low muscle strength, I was encouraged to perform exercises that were far too intense for my condition. I followed the instructions seriously at home every day, and during a session in early May with Mr. Ben, I was guided through exercises that were simply too much for my knees. About a week later, I developed severe pain in both knees and had to visit the emergency department. This resulted in a serious flare-up of my osteoarthritis, requiring a month of anti-inflammatory medication and significant discomfort.This experience has had a major negative impact on my daily life. I strongly urge the team to assess patients’ physical limitations more carefully, especially when muscle strength is low. A one-size-fits-all approach to physiotherapy can cause real harm.I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

If a young person doesn't have the knowledge of how Medicare rebated works or he needs a letter from thier GP. Second time attending Lexington Health for separate issues/injuries, and I could not recommend them more!Amy is knowledgeable and attentive. She quickly identified the problem and created a safe exercise plan that has helped the injury heal and has nearly eliminated all pain.Would definitely return in the future (though hope I don’t need to!).
I hurt my lower back playing basketball and was concerned about my long term goal to continue playing, but Lexington helped me rehab and strengthen, and gave me a pre-game warm which has me playing better than ever.. Wish I'd found them sooner!

From the first second when I see the receptionist (Dominic) until I finish the physio session has been fantastic. It has been a very positive progress to my weak ankles and heels. They are now much much stronger and stable. Amy Camilerri has designed a very good exercise for both ankles. She progressively monitor my ankles and increase the strength of the exercise. It’s been a year since I went to see Carlos with back pain (finally able to leave a google review). Everyone there was fantastic and helpful and I’m still using the exercises and techniques Carlos showed me to alleviate and strengthen the back.

Have had Carlo look at a couple of separate sports injuries I had over the past year. He has been great. On both occasions I have recovered to 100% strength and function after the rehab plan he recommended. The process was great, first the initial consult where he's actively listening and trying to find more context around the pain/movement, then aims to validate it with the expertise and experience (lots of different exercises tailored and often without the need for expensive equipment at home).
